Daisy Lane Bundle

One thing I love as much as brand new products is brand new products that coordinate with some of the older sets.

Case in point - the Daisy Lane Stamp set and Medium Daisy punch.

This is a fabulous bundle on it's own but it also matches perfectly with the Daisy Delight stamp set and the Daisy Punch.

And remember you will save 10% if you purchase the bundle.

I love how there are now 2 different sized daisies to make amazing projects - not just cards but also 3D items and home decor pieces.

Embossing Folder Storage Ideas

I am always looking for fun and practical storage ideas and it's no secret that I love making 3D items.

I was looking for a holder for my embossing folders when I spied these embossing folder holders made by Sam Donald aka Pootles and I knew that it was exactly what I needed.

I also wanted to use the new follow your art designer series paper because of all the cute crafty images. So I made the box with pacific point cardstock.

I coloured the ribbon spools with a variety of coloured blends.

My smaller embossing folders fit perfectly and because they are labelled they are easy to flick through to find the one I need.

Fun and practical! I can see a whole family of boxes on my desk to store all my bits and bobs.

It starts with Art

These were the cards I sent with my catalogues this year. Aren't they fun and bright?

It is a similar card to the one we made at Onstage and I just loved it so much I wanted to make something similar. I used the colours from the designer series paper coastal cabana and calypso coral. I then used my blends to colours the spools of ribbon.

The button strip is one of the dies in the set and it makes a fabulous border.

I have many more projects planned with this suite - I love it!

To the woman who does it all with grace and wisdom - thank you.

Today's card is the card I made for my customer thank you cards last month. I send a handmade card at the end of each month to everyone who places an order with me. I truly appreciate each and every one of you for choosing me as your demonstrator.

I have used petal pink as by card base and for the layer embossed with the subtle embossing folder. I have added two different patterned strips of the Magnolia Lane designer series paper for interest.

The sentiment comes from the Strong and Beautiful stamp set and I used the new stitched nested labels dies to crop it out and added dimensionals to the back to add some height.

Stampers Anonymous June Blog Hop

Woo hoo - it's time for another Stampers Anonymous Team Blog Hop! I have had to miss the last few so I am happy to be back!

This month's challenge was to use three of the new 2019-2021 In Colours - Pretty Peacock, Seaside Spray and Rococo Rose. I am loving all of these colours and could not wait to get creating.

But then I stopped in my tracks for a bit as I was unsure where to start as I have all these new stamp sets. Which one should I choose? It's like picking a favourite child!

In the end the Magnolia won out. I was keen to try it in non traditional colours. I was also keen to try out my new blends so it was a win-win.

I stamped the magnolias in memento ink on the whisper white cardstock then added colour with the light and dark blends. I used Rococo Rose for the blooms and light Old Olive and Light Pretty Peacock for the leaves. I framed the flowers with the dark Seaside Spray blends. As always for me it seems, there is a splash of ink of stella for good measure too!

I stamped the sentiment in Pretty Peacock and added dimensionals to lift it. The sentiment comes from Magnolia Blooms stamp set.

I mounted the whisper white onto a thin Pretty Peacock border then to a base card of Seaside Spray.

Hope you like it too!

Magnolia Birthday

A very special birthday calls for a very special card. One of my gorgeouse team members and dear friend recently celebrated a significant birthday and this was the card I made for her. I added the numbers after taking the photo in case she didn't want to be outed!!

So Happy Birthday Jo Ann :)

One of my favourite designers is Mikaela Titheridge @ The Crafty Oink Pen - as soon as I saw this this card I knew I had to recreate it. I just need a little more practice with my colouring!

So I have another card showcasing the huge magnolia, lightly coloured with petal pink and old olive. And just a hint of yellow in the centre. All covered with wink of stella of course!

The lovely subtle background embossed crumb cake made a nice base and the addition of the ribbon and a small strip of copper finished the look.

I love the well said words so you can mix and match sentiments.

I'll be back later to show you part of her gift!
