Another Magnolia card that I made for my open day. Such a pretty and well used set! Again I CASEd this card but I cannot find the original creator so please let me know if it was you.
I stamped, coloured and die cut the magnolia then trimmed off the stem. The leaf was a piece of cardstock that I cut with the lace trim die then the leaf die - I love this effect. I do strongly recommend using the die brush for this die as there are lots of small pieces. But it is worth the little extra effort. I then lightly sponged it in green to get the desired result.
I gently crumpled both to give them an aged look.
An embossed background and a sentiment and my card was complete!
Give it a go, it is a lovely way to use this lace die.
