It's the first day of October so it's time for a StampingPals Challenge.
We are up to challenge #8 and this month the theme is 'pack a punch'
Do you ever see a card or a project on Pinterest and have to drop everything you are doing and make it? I seem to do this a lot - I love how we can inspire others to create just by sharing what we make.
I have been playing with this Merry Moose bundle a fair bit lately, so it was still on my desk - rather handy right? I loved the non traditional colours, the layout, the dsp - all of it - so I basically just copied the design.
I just love the moose - and he looks so elegant in silver don't you think?
So the card itself is actually rather simple to put together - layer the dsp on the card base, add 1 stitched circle dies in rich razzleberry. Stamp the trees and greeting on the white circle and add that to the card. Then punch out a moose in the silver foil paper and popped it up with dimensionals.
I tied a sweet bow using the soft silver edge ribbon and I was done!
Just this morning I warned a bloggy friend that I was going to CASE her card! You're so right, inspiration abounds all around the cardmaking blogworld. Your card is so pretty. I saw that DSP when I visited my sister, and it's even more striking in real life. That moose punch is really quite unique and fun, too! Such a pretty card. Christmas perfection. Bev
