Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #30

Hello Stampers, today we have our monthly Stampers Anonymous Blog hop. Can you believe we are up to hop number 30? 

Today's hop is a sketch challenge as you can see from the above image.

I love the design so it wasn't hard for me to come up with a card - but having all new goodies to play with had me a bit stumped as I had too many choices of new stamps to use! What a happy dilemma to have. 

I decided in the end on the Hand Penned suite, I just love the designer series paper and the stamp set. And I love how the dies co ordinate so well too - makes it easy for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of patience for intricate cutting. 

For the curve element of the card I used the just retired Curvy Dies. If you dont have these you could always free hand cut this shape. 

I cut the curvy die with the Highland Heather cardstock and layered it onto a piece of the Hand Penned DSP then onto a highland heather card base. I stamped the sentiment in Gorgeous Grape. 

The background of the white panel has been spritzed with highland heather and granny apple green blends and the wink of stella pen. I used the blends to colour the flower starting with the light shades then adding the darker shades. I then used wink of stella over everything! 

A few rhinestones finished off my card.
