Customer thank you cards - Driving By

Hi crafters, I have a fun project to share with you today.... how about some love bugs from the Driving By stamp set? They are so cute and can be totally retro, classic and fun!

I needed to make some customer thank you cards and I saw this design by On Y Go Stamping which I just had to recreate.

I used scraps form the Sunshine and Rainbows DSP and used this to pick colours for my cardstock bases and my blends.

The gingham embossing folder gives the background a nice texture without detracting from the focal image.

Both the stamp set and the dsp can be yours for FREE during sale-a-bration. Remember that this sale has been extended until 16th March 2022.

Happiest Birthday wishes - Daffodil Afternoon

I am so enjoying this FREE Daffodil Afternoon dsp thst I don’t want towaste any of the little scraps. I have used this design in the past and find I keep coming back to it time after time.

I have raised these pieces with dimensionals to give it some height.

The sentiment comes from the Artfully Layered stamp set.

A Simple Thanks - Friendly Hello /Amazing Thanks

Today's card is a really simple one - no stamps were used here it is all die cutting and embossing.

I love this Friendly Hello dsp and it really pops well against the black. I used the macrame embossing folder on the pool party panel and layered it onto the pool party card. I then cut a 3" x 3" square of dsp and layered it onto black cardstock.

I die cut the large 'thanks' twice and layered it onto the card. I used the cling adhesive sheets to make it easy to layer. A couple of black dot embellishments finished it off nicely.

This is a great design for some quick and easy cards to have on hand. And by cutting the dsp into 3" squares means you can make the most of the dsp too.

Head over to my online store to place your order. Remember to use the Hostess code ENZARR7V to earn yourself extra rewards from me.

Remember that sale-a-bration has been extended until 16th March so there is still time to get your hands on the Friendly Hello bundle for FREE with a qualifying order.

Above and Beyond - Shaded Summer

We had fun showcasing the Shaded Summer stamp set. I was reminded that we hadn't done much heat embossing lately so when I saw this card by Stampin Gala I knew I had to recreate it - the white heat embossing is stunning on the designer series paper. We also heat embossed the sentiment too.

The embossed panel is the Pretty Flowers embossing folder.

I have used up some of my leftover harvest meadow dsp which has sadly now retired but it can easily be substituted.

Quick and easy class treats - Calming Camillia

Today I am sharing some class treats I whipped up a few weeks ago for my class ladies. I found some individual large Walkers cookies at my local Aldi. I simply wrapped them in a piece of Hand Penned DSP then added the beautiful Calming Camellia stamped in Gorgeous Grape. I love the sentiment too, very apt for these ladies!

Somewhere over the Rainbow...... Rainbow of Happiness

Gosh I am in love with this Sunshine and Rainbows paper. And the fact it is FREE just makes it even sweeter.

I have cheated a little to make this rainbow, I got the idea from Patty Bennett. She used the rainbows dies to cut out the rainbow and then cut a piece of the rainbow dsp to put behind the white panel. Clever right? I also punched the cloud directly from the dsp and stamped the sentiment over the top.

A smattering of butterflies and my card was done!
