Hello an welcome to our monthly Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #45.
A colour challenge is always fun as it usually is colours that I don't normally gravitate to or wouldn't necessarily think to put together.
When I first saw this colour challenge I immediately thought of summer - sun, sea and hot temperatures so I knew I needed to ink up a new-to-me set - Sunny Splash. I had a card idea in my head but when I went to put ink to paper it just didn't look right so I took a big lane swerve and this was the result!
I embossed the white panel with the Fern embossing folder to give the card a tropical feel. The two coloured dsp pieces are from the Tea Boutique DSP pack. The reverse of these tea and floral papers is some really pretty colours and patterns. I stamped the polka dot bathers in real red then covered them in wink of stella for some fun sparkle. The sentiment comes from the charming sentiments stamp set.
