Isn't this a happy, fun and bright birthday card! I have been having lots of fun with the Celebrate with Tags bundle I love how it is suitable for birthdays, valentine/love and Christmas. So useful.
Here, we used the balloons and some bright DSP to make a birthday card. This was a design I saw on Pinterest.
We used the Celebrate Everything DSP for the fun stripes and dots. We then stamped the balloons in Melon Mambo, Granny Apple Green and Pacific Point. The balloons and the sentiment have been raised with dimensionals to create some depth to the card.
