Best Birds Friendship

Another sweet little bird for you today, from the Best Birds bundle. 

This card idea I saw on Stamp it up with Jamie HERE and loved how it was more bold that some of the other cards I have been making with this bundle. By using the same colour palette in the Bird Ballad designer series paper but one of the more subtle pieces I love the way this card turned out! 

The banner pieces are easy to make using the banner triple punch and you can make these any size and width you like!

Birds of friendship - Free as a Bird

A sweet friendship card today using the Free as a Bird stamp set and Bird Ballad DSP. 

I used the colours in the DSP as my colours for the cardstock - Pool Party and the birds - Petal Pink. The addition of the subtles embossing folder and a touch of scalloped lace trim ribbon adds softness to this card which I love.

I have fallen hard for this new Magnolia Lane designer series paper. Stunning doesn't even begin to describe it. 

I needed to send some customer thank you cards so this was the first paper I reached for. Bit I did not want to cover up too much of the design so I went for a smaller focal point with the small stamper flower and sentiment. And isn't that sentiment so sweet?
