Last weekend was my Mum's birthday and I wanted to make a small gift to go with her card and main gift.
As I have been in a 3D printing phase I found some cute vases to make. The pattern I found was for the largest pot then my clever hubby was able to modify it to make 2 smaller ones so I had a set of three.
This was a bit of a last minute idea so I filled the vases with artificial flowers that I had on hand.
Mum loved them!
It probably wont surprise you to know that I then had to made a coordinating card to match!
I used the Painted Seasons bundle here with the gingham gala designer series paper to create a fun, flowery card. Using the four seasons dies make short work of cutting out the flowers. (I am not a huge fan of fussy cutting!)
I added mini pearls to the centres of each flower to represent stamen. Simple but effective don't you think?
The sentiment comes from Perennial Birthday.
