Way to go (Auckland Onstage sample)

Today's card is one that I made as part of my presentation at Auckland Onstage but it didn't make the final cut! Not because I didn't love it, just because I ended up with too many samples.

I used the stitched and the nested oval dies to create the wreath base then added leaves and flowers from the frosted bouquet and the bouuquet bunch dies. I was trying to make it look like Australian wattle.

The letter 'w' is die cut once in night of navy and once in daffodil delight then layered slightly off centre to create a shadow effect. I added some rhinestones for a bit of bling.

The sentiment  is from the Praiseworthy Prose stamp set, I love these dictionary style stamps.

I have used the subtle embossing folder as the base layer - I love to use the same cardstock to give it layers and texture without the distraction of another colour.
