Kylie's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop March 2019

Hello everyone, thanks for joining me in this amazing Blog Hop. There is so much inspiration on everyone's blog. Kylie's Demonstrator Training program is designed to help us grow our Stampin' Up! businesses and it is such a warm and friendly environment with loads of encouragement.

Today I have a birthday card to share using my current favourite colour - highland heather and some of my favourite flower stamps.

I love the boldness of the flower from the Bloom by Bloom stamp set but wanted to mute the colours a little from the samples in the Ocassions Catalogue and this is what I came up with.

I made the background pattern using the flower from the sale-a-bration set Painted Seasons in Highland Heather and added the little pollen stamp in Gorgeous Grape.

The focal flower is stamped onto whisper white then cut using the rectangle stitched shapes dies and the happy birthday sentiment comes from the Piece of Cake set.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed my card and will continue to follow the blog hop.
