It is the 14th of the month which means it's time for our monthly Stampers Anonymous team blog hop. This month we have a colour challenge - I love these, they really make me think outside the box. And this month is no exception - I would never have thought to put these colours together.
But I wasn't going to let that set me back, I pulled out the colours in inks, paper and blends and off I went. I used this card design I posted earlier in the week, a case from Mary Fish. I still had the Tasteful Touches stamp set out and this is what I created.
I stamped the flower in gorgeous grape and then coloured it with my rich razzleberry blends. I added a pop of colour with the daffodil delight blends in the centre of each flower. I then used my blends to create a splatter of colour on the background by gently flicking the tip into the lid.
The sentiment is from the same stamps set, stamped in gorgeous grape then mounted onto a gorgeous grape panel. I really like how different this looks to my original card which I have posted below.
I can't wait to see what everyone else has come up with. Make sure you hop over to Marelle's blog to see all the fun projects.
