Mini Catalogue & Saleabration Blog Hop

The card I created today is one I copied direct from the 2022 Jan - June catalogue (page 73) The stamp set is called Brave Vikings and it is such a fun set to play with.

I have used the Majestic Mountain stamp set and dies to create the background scene and the beautiful Evergreen Forrest embossing folder for texture.

I picked a random assortment of neutral blends to colour the Viking - crumb cake, cinnamon cider. smoky slate and pumpkin pie. By using both the light and dark shades I was able to come up with a broad range of colours. After colouring, I used my faithful paper snips to fussy cut him out.

For the sentiment I stamped it once onto pumpkin pie cardstock then chopped it into 4 pieces to adhere to the card in more of a random pattern.

Make sure you keep on hopping through to Lou Kitzelman's blog, she's sure to have something super wow to share with us all.
