You are Out of this World!

I forgot to share this last card e made with the Stellar Birthday set in class. This time we focused on the cute little rocket ship, following a sample I saw on Pinterest.

To create the earth we used a piece of gray granite cardstock and die cut the rounded stitched edge using the basic borders dies. We then stamped the moon stamp from the To the Moon stamp set randomly in the same ink. 

The sentiment was stamped in the corner. Now you might note that this is where I made a little mistake and my sentiment wasn't straight so I re stamped the sentiment on a scrap piece of cardstock and adhered it over the top. Phew!

The rocket ship was  coloured with blends, cut with paper snips and adhered to the card with dimensionals to make it pop. We flicked wink of stella over the card to create the milky way and added some bling for stars. The moon was a circle die cut using the ombre specialty paper - a nice glittery cardstock, perfect for the starry sky.
